The following delivery methods are available:
Email - You will receive an email containing one or more attachments (PDF documents) that serve as printable tickets. You must print these tickets and bring them with you to the event(s). (NOT AVAILABLE FOR SEASON PACKAGES)
Ship - ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SEASON PACKAGES. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specify at the time of your order. The package you receive will contain hard-copies of your tickets. Subscriptions are fulfilled and mailed in August.
Will Call - SINGLE TICKETS - No tickets will be sent to you. Simply show up at the box office on the day of the event(s) and provide your name. Only the person that placed the order can redeem the tickets. You must have a valid ID in order to be able to redeem the tickets.
Subscription orders will be fulfilled and ready to pick up in August. Tucson orders may also arrange to pick up on a show-by-show basis. Please contact our box office at 520.622.2823 to make arrangements.
Phoenix subscribers can delay mailing until a specified date provided by the subscriber. Please contact the Phoenix Box Office at 602.256.6995 with your mailing date of your season tickets. All tickets without a specified mailing date will be mailed in early August.
